UCP Half Marathon October 31, 2009.
I've been training for the first annual UCP half marathon in Florence, Alabama for some months now. I feel ready. Its all part of a larger plan to run the Mountain Mist 50k trail run in January. Between now and then I'll also be attempting the Rocket City Marathon in December.
